To be privately owned

Haus Riepen was built as a manor house by Friedrich Caspar von Geismar between 1667 and 1687 near Dössel, Warburg, in the Warburger Börde, with farm buildings directly on an old trade route. In the 19th century, the Warburg family Fischer acquired the property. The baroque manor house was rebuilt in 1896, as was part of the estate building.

The building is situated in the middle of a historic park with solitary trees, a pyramid oak, a tulip tree, a plane tree, and a pond. There is also a grotto in the park.
