Herrenhaus Seegalendorf+
Geschichte+

The Seegalendorf estate was founded towards the end of the 16th century. The estate, like the Putlos estate to which it initially belonged, was owned by the Rantzau family, and from the mid-18th century by the von Rumohr family. The manor house was built towards the end of the 18th century. The original main building was a single-story half-timbered house, to which two red brick cavalier wings were attached. While the cavalier wings still stand today, the manor house was replaced in 1839 by a new late-classical building.

The Seegalendorf estate is still used for agriculture today and operates a Shetland pony breeding farm.
