Stola Manor is an estate house on the Kålland peninsula in Sweden. Its history dates back to the 12th century, and it has well-preserved 18th-century interior furnishings.

History+

The origins of the Stola estate can be traced back to the 12th century. During the Reformation, in the time of King Gustav Vasa, it was owned by Anders Ekeblad, whose family retained the property for many generations. The current manor house was constructed between 1713 and 1719. The interior design, largely from the mid-18th century, was created by architect Carl Hårleman and remains largely intact today. In 1966, Stola Manor was officially designated as a cultural monument.
