Wust Manor House, an estate in Saxony-Anhalt, is an example of Baroque architecture. Situated in the municipality of Wust-Fischbeck, it now serves as an educational center.

History+

The origins of the current manor house date back to the period following the Thirty Years' War. After an earlier structure was destroyed during the conflict, Hans Heinrich von Katte commissioned the construction of the new manor house between 1726 and 1727. It was intended to serve as the new family seat for the von Kattes. Following the expropriation of the family in 1945 by the communist authorities, the building found a new purpose as a school starting in 1948.
