The Hof zum Rebstock is first mentioned in a document on March 28, 1408, as being in the possession of the vom Rebstock family. In 1663, a new building was constructed. In 1737, a new Rococo facade was added. On March 16, 1945, the Hof was senselessly destroyed, and was rebuilt between 1969 and 1970.
