Elsfleth Castle
The Elsfleth hunting lodge was built in 1655-1657 by Count Anton Günther von Oldenburg. In 1718, ownership transferred to the von Münnich family from Neuenhuntorf near Berne. After this, ownership transferred in 1852 to Gerhard Cornelius Heye. He had the current house built on the walls of the old castle.
