Church of St John Aliturgetos
The Church of St. John Aleiturgetos in Nessebar, Bulgaria, is an example of medieval sacred architecture. As the largest church from this era in the city, it is situated above the sea and the harbor.

This sacred building was constructed in the mid-14th century. It is a cross-domed church, characterized by polychrome masonry on its facades, which combine white limestone blocks with red bricks. The ornamentation is further enhanced by ceramic inlays in the arch frames, tympana, and decorative panels, as well as by sculptural ornamental and figural marble reliefs.
