Foundation for orphan children

According to the monastery chronicle, possibly written by a Franciscan in Ehingen around 1737 and continued until 1781, a pilgrim on his return journey from Rome visited Oggelsbeuren in the Holy Year 1350, prayed in the parish church, and gained an indulgence there.
