The Kloster Tölz, a former Franciscan monastery, is located in Bad Tölz in the Bavarian Oberland. It was founded in the 17th century and experienced a history with dissolution and restoration before being finally abandoned.

The monastery, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, was founded in 1624. This initiative came from Duke Maximilian I, who aimed to reform the Franciscan monasteries in Bavaria and consolidate them into a single province to strengthen his influence over the order. After negotiations with Pope Paul V, Pope Urban VIII approved the plans, and on March 1, 1625, the Bavarian Reformaten Province of the Franciscans was established.
