The Maria-Theresien-Schlössel is a former palace located at Gersthofer Straße 143 in Vienna's 18th district, Währing, which today houses the Museum of Erste Bank AG.

It is a single-story Baroque country house that was used by Empress Maria Theresia as a hunting lodge. As part of the redesign of houses number 141–145 by the Erste österreichische Spar-Casse, in which a new cashier hall was added to the 18th-century building, the latter was set up as a small museum. It is now owned by Erste Bank AG; the rest of the complex is a branch of the Sparkassen.

On the upper floor, there is a small hall with illusionistic wall paintings, and the dolphin fountain in the cashier hall, transferred from the main Sparkasse branch (on Graben), is also worth seeing.
