The New Palace in Hechingen, a Neoclassical building, once served as the town residence for the Princes of Hohenzollern-Hechingen. Located in the Zollernalbkreis in Baden-Württemberg.

History+

The current structure was built between 1818 and 1819 under Prince Friedrich Hermann Otto. It replaced an earlier Renaissance building from the late 16th century, constructed under Count Eitel Friedrich IV, which had to be largely demolished. The new construction was financed by reparations from France following the Congress of Vienna.
