The Théâtre gallo-romain de Brion is an ancient Roman theatre located in the commune of Saint-Germain-d’Esteuil, in the Gironde department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in southwestern France, in the heart of the Médoc.

Built in the 1st century AD as part of a Gallo-Roman agglomeration, it stands on the southwestern edge of the ancient settlement, which also included a fanum (temple) and residential and public buildings. The theatre measures approximately 57 metres in diameter and is estimated to have held around 2,200 spectators. Its plan combines features of classical Roman theatres (regular layout and lateral corridors) with those typical of secondary settlements (a relatively small stage). The cavea consists of four concentric rings of seating, surrounding an orchestra about 23 metres in diameter; nine vomitoria (access passages) and a stage wall matching the diameter of the cavea have been identified. Construction used opus mixtum (limestone and brick).

The theatre was abandoned around the mid-3rd century. In the 14th century a short-lived fortified house (maison forte) was built within its ruins, incorporating a square tower, a residential block in the former orchestra, and an enclosure. The site later served as a stone quarry and fell into obscurity until excavations in the 20th century (notably from 1966 onwards).

It is the only known Gallo-Roman theatre in the Aquitaine basin south of the Garonne. The remains were inscribed as a Monument historique in 1984 and form part of a larger archaeological site of about 18 hectares.
