The Palais Abensperg-Traun is a residence in Vienna, characterized by its Neo-Renaissance architecture and a corner tower design. Built in the 1870s, it is one of the historic structures in the Austrian capital.
History+
The construction of the Palais Abensperg-Traun took place between 1872 and 1874 under the direction of architect Ludwig Tischler. The patron was Hugo Graf Abensperg-Traun, who had the building erected on a previously unused area that had become available after the demolition of a bastion. The palace remains in the family's possession to this day.

The Palais Abensperg-Traun is located in Vienna's 1st district, Innere Stadt, at the corner of Weihburggasse 26 and Schellinggasse 2. It is situated at an elevation of approx. 174 meters above sea level.
