Lamberg Palace
In the old town of Passau, on Domplatz, is the Palais Lamberg. A commemorative plaque from 1790 on the facade serves as a reminder of the signing of the Treaty of Passau in 1552 at this location. For centuries, the building functioned as a canonry. The palace acquired its current architectural appearance in 1724 through renovations led by Johann Michael Prunner from Linz.
