18th Century
The Palais was built around 1738 by the Barons of Lützow through the amalgamation of two older buildings.
19th and 20th Century
Simplifying alterations were made in the 19th and 20th centuries, which led to the loss of the baroque facade.
World War II and Post-War Period
In 1945, the Palais was damaged by a bomb hit and was restored from 1968 to 1969.
