Polyscher Manor

The origins of the Polyscher Hof date back to 1733, when an oil miller named Heinrich Stock had to auction off his property. In 1739, Friedrich Wilhelm Carl von Poly acquired the estate through an exchange, granting it free noble status. After his death, his heirs had the estate demolished and rebuilt due to its poor condition and personal reasons. In 1785, the property was valued at 26,660 guilders. During the Coalition Wars in 1793, Prussian officers used the estate, causing damage to the stables. By 1794 at the latest, the Polyscher Hof passed into the possession of the noble family of Leiningen.
