Porticus Deorum Consentium

The Portico of the Dei Consentes (Latin: Porticus Deorum Consentium) is a temple in Rome. It is located above the Temple of Saturn in the Roman Forum and was rebuilt in 367 by Vettius Agorius Praetextatus. This makes it one of the latest testimonies to the brief renaissance of paganism in the 4th century. It is a building with a colonnade and six rooms. It probably housed the twelve gilded statues of the Dei Consentes (six gods and six goddesses each) modeled after Greek examples. The remains were discovered in 1834.
