The manor has been owned by the von Schreibersdorf family since the beginning of the 15th century. Ownership changed in 1637 to J. Georg Vitzthum von Eckstädt and in 1649 to the von Gersdorf family. In 1710, they built the present manor house on the walls of a previous building.
