Frühe Erwähnungen und Bau des Herrenhauses
At the beginning of the 18th century, the Niederpoyritz manor is mentioned. In 1735, the manor house was built. Later, ownership passed to Alexejew von Olsusieff.
Kauf durch Friedrich August von Sachsen und Neubau
In 1827, Friedrich August von Sachsen bought the property and built a new manor house in 1832. The manor house was demolished in 1984.
Gründung der Gutsbrauerei und spätere Entwicklungen
In 1839, the Dresdner Lagerkeller estate brewery was founded on the manor. In 1999, the buildings were renovated and a guesthouse was established.
