Early Mentions and Construction
A Vorwerk (outlying farm/estate) in Röhrsdorf is first mentioned in 1413. In 1538, a castle was built, which later came into the possession of the Bettenhausen family.
Destruction and Present Day
In 1945, the Russians destroyed the castle. The remains of the manor are inhabited today.
