Schlüsselburg Manor
The Schlüsselburg Manor is an East Westphalian manor house located on the right bank of the Weser river in the village of Wasserstraße, part of the city of Petershagen in the Minden-Lübbecke district.
The history of the estate is linked to the history of the former Prussian domain of Schlüsselburg. This domain also included the Hühnerberg outpost located on the right bank of the Weser. In 1828, the Minden medical councilor Adolf von Möller acquired the domain and established the estate on the outpost. In 1848, the two-story, late-classical manor house and the farm buildings were erected. Möller's successors owned the estate until 1918. From 1918 to 1931, District Administrator Busso Bartels was the owner of the estate, which he sold in 1931 to the manufacturer Gustav Windel from Bielefeld. The Schlüsselburg Manor is still owned by the family today, who continue to manage the operations.

The estate is privately owned and not publicly accessible. The estate engages in arable farming, livestock farming, direct marketing of asparagus, and the placement of agricultural specialists. Additionally, apartments, holiday apartments, and a large banquet hall are rented out.
