Geschichte
Das Schloss wurde von den Herren von Rüppurr errichtet. Es wird bereits 1380 als Veste Ryeppuer erwähnt. 1593 wechselte der Besitz an den Markgraf Ernst Friedrich von Baden - Durlach. 1762 wird das Schloss bis auf die Meierei (Rote Haus) abgebrochen.
