Renfrizhausen Castle is a lost castle on the "Burgstall" near the district of Renfrizhausen in the town of Sulz am Neckar in the Rottweil district in Baden-Württemberg.
The castle was owned by the Lords of Renfrizhausen, and in 1860, remnants of a castle were still visible on the present-day Burgstall. Today, ditches and wall remains are preserved from the former castle complex.
