Wehingen Castle (Ruin)
The Wehingen ruin, also known as Harrasburg, is a spur castle ruin near the municipality of Wehingen in the district of Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg.
History+
The origins of Wehingen Castle lie between 1150 and 1200, when the first structure was built. Around 1250, a reconstruction of the complex took place. In 1351, the castle was documented and passed into the possession of Austria, after the Lords of Wehingen had previously been named as owners. The castle met its end around 1475, when it was destroyed.

The Wehingen ruin is located at an altitude of approximately 890 meters above sea level near the municipality of Wehingen in the district of Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Today, only remnants of the castle walls remain. The ruin is accessible to visitors and can be explored.
