Salesianerinnenkloster Sulzbach+
The Salesianerinnenkloster Sulzbach is a former monastery of the Salesian Sisters in Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Bavaria, in the Diocese of Regensburg.
Since 1692, Salesian Sisters were active in Sulzbach in the education of girls. The monastery, dedicated to St. Hedwig, was founded in 1753 by Eleonore Philippine von Sulzbach, widow of Duke Johann Christian von Sulzbach. It was dissolved in 1809 during the secularization. The church remained. In the monastery buildings, the Rentamt (revenue office), the district court, and in 1850 a barracks were successively housed.
