The Schlössl in der Baumgasse is a small, historic estate in the Graz district of Andritz, with a history dating back to the 17th century.

History+

The origins of the land on which the Schlössl stands date back to 1622, when it was part of the Karlau Castle estate. Around 1669, Wolf Max Freiherr von Eibiswald had the Schlössl built. After his death in 1693, the property passed into the possession of a Count Schönborn, who combined it with his Arnfels dominion. In 1810, the Schlössl was separated from this dominion and sold to Franz Rohrbacher. Subsequently, there were several changes of ownership until it passed into the possession of the military treasury in 1820.
