The Schlössle Weißbach, a factory owner's villa, is situated on the banks of the Kocher river in the municipality of Weißbach in the Hohenlohe district. This estate is now a listed building.

History+

The construction of the Schlössle Weißbach took place in 1922. The builder was Kurt von Kleefeld, who served as chamber president for Christian Kraft zu Hohenlohe-Öhringen. The building was erected on the site of a former administrative building of the local salt works. Ten years after its completion, in 1932, Kleefeld moved his residence to Switzerland. Subsequently, the property passed into the possession of the Hornschuch manufacturing family, founders of today's Konrad Hornschuch AG. The family crest of the Hornschuchs can still be seen above the entrance of the building today.
