Amalienhof Castle

The Amalienhof was named after Amalia Göler, née Reck (1785–1853). The oldest part, the barrel vault of the cellar, dates from the early 17th century. The current castle building is accessible via a small avenue. The single-story plastered building under a hip roof has 15 axes. On the narrow sides are two square, tower-like annexes. A grand staircase on the courtyard side leads to the entrance, which is adorned with an alliance coat of arms of the Göler von Ravensburg and the Lords Horneck von Hornberg. On the rear side, the terrace offers a magnificent view of the park.
