Schloss Ayl is a former manor of the Trier Cathedral Chapter, located on Trierer Straße in Ayl in the Rhineland-Palatinate district of Trier-Saarburg.

The building complex, consisting of a residential building and an adjoining press house, was erected at the end of the 18th century. A spacious park and garden adjoin the building. The property received its current appearance, which justifies the designation "Schloss" (castle/palace), in 1897 by its then owner, Justizrat Goertz.

In 1927, the former winery passed to the episcopal seminary, in whose possession it remained until shortly before the turn of the millennium.

The property, which had recently been neglected and run down, was sold by the episcopal seminary to private owners in 1995. It was renovated until 1999 and was originally intended to be used as a senior residence. Today, Schloss Ayl offers premises for events such as art exhibitions.
