Badingen Castle
From the 13th to the 15th century, the place was owned by the von Badingen family, who resided in Badingen Castle. Ownership changed in 1460 to Hans von Bredow zu Friesack, in 1536 to the Elector of Brandenburg, who bequeathed it to the von Trott family in 1551.
The "Feste Haus" or "Badingen Castle" was a Renaissance castle and is now an event center. The building has been significantly altered over the centuries. Today, the building houses the local history museum.
