Ebermannsdorf Castle is situated in the Upper Palatinate municipality of Ebermannsdorf. It is a landmark of the village.
History+
As early as 1480, a second manorial seat was mentioned, located below the older castle. In the 17th and early 18th centuries, this property was held by the von Löfen family. Later, Johann Joseph Freiherr von Dürr acquired the estate. It is believed that he had the current castle built, incorporating existing masonry, which continues to shape the townscape today.
