Fünfstetten Castle
The castle was first mentioned around 1100 in the possession of the Lords of Vinastetten. In the 16th and 17th centuries, a new building was then constructed under the Lords of Fünfstetten. The property changed hands in 1811 to Baron Friedrich von Schönfeld, who had the castle expanded and rebuilt from 1817-25. Since 1907, the Maria-Stern Monastery has been housed in the castle.
