Geiersberg Castle

Schloss Geiersberg+
Above the city of Seßlach lies Schloss Geiersberg on a hill. Remnants of the shield wall and the keep still recall the medieval castle complex of the Lichtensteiners. The main building with its stair tower dates back to the 17th century, when the castle was the seat of the Würzburg bailiff. The farm buildings date from the 18th century.
