Haus Gerling+

The listed Haus Gerling is a former electoral Cologne administrative court. The manor was originally moated. The two-story, elongated stone building with two corner towers was built between 1550 and 1600. The half-timbered upper floor dates from a more recent period. In the outbuildings, there are barrel-vaulted cellars. The coat of arms plaques on the two-arched bridge with an archway are dated 1551 and attributed to Philipp Soldan. They show the coats of arms of the Archdiocese of Paderborn.
