In the south of the village of Grabow in Saxony-Anhalt, Grabow Castle, a Baroque edifice, rises. It was built on the foundations of a former moated castle and today is a private estate.

History+

The origins of the current Grabow Castle date back to 1713, when the first building was constructed. The appearance of the building underwent a transformation in 1901. Following the Red Army's entry in May 1945, the estate was devastated, and the last tenant fled. As part of the land reform in the same year, the estate's property was divided.

Grabow Castle is located in the village of Grabow, which belongs to the Jerichower Land district in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated at an elevation of approximately 52 meters above sea level.
