Höfingen Castle

The castle was probably built in the 12th century by the Lords, later Truchsesses of Höfingen. Towards the end of the 14th century, the castle was destroyed by Count Eberhardt III of Württemberg after the "Schlegler uprising". A short time later, the castle was rebuilt.
