Mittelalter und Renaissance
Originally, the castle was built around 1100. The Baroque new construction, a three-story four-wing complex around a small inner courtyard, took place around 1700. A two-story castle chapel is housed in one wing. The new building was erected by the Taufkirchen family. The castle is located a few kilometers off the Isental near Pleiskirchen and is privately owned.
