Kötteritzsch Castle
Schloss Sermuth+
A manor house in Sermuth is first mentioned in 1287. The estate was owned by the von Kötteritz family for a long time. In 1888, the castle was built in the Neo-Renaissance style on behalf of the manor owner Theodor Solbrig. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed and expelled by the communists. After the reunification, the castle was extensively renovated and has served as a residential building since 2004.
