Kronwinkl Castle
Kronwinkl Castle, also known as Alten-Preysing, is a castle located in the municipality of Eching (Landshut district) on the high bank of the Isar. It is the ancestral castle of the Preysing family.
The keep dates from the time the castle was built, the 12th/13th century. Since its construction, Kronwinkl Castle has been owned by the Preysing family. The residential buildings were built in the 16th/17th century on the Gothic curtain wall. The current owner is Christoph Graf von Preysing-Lichtenegg-Moos.
