Lieberose Castle is located in the town of Lieberose in the Dahme-Spreewald district, Brandenburg. Its history dates back to a medieval moated castle, and today it stands as a vacant structure.

History+

Lieberose Castle originated from a 14th-century moated castle and was completed around 1750 as a four-winged Baroque palace. It was once owned by the von Schulenburg family. Towards the end of World War II, the structure suffered partial damage during combat with the Red Army.
