History+

The origins of Lind Castle lie in a stately estate on formerly ducal land. Between 1143 and 1147, the property was donated to Viktring Abbey. For a long period, the estate was owned by the Hallegger family before changing hands in later centuries.

Today, Lind Castle is privately owned. The core building dates from the 16th century and features a brick-covered Zollinger roof.
