Ludwigsthal Castle

The castle was built in 1830 by the Bohemian glass manufacturer Georg Christoph Abele. The building plans for the Neoclassical structure were drawn up by the Prague court architect von Zobel. With the manor house, Abele completed the Ludwigsthal glassworks estate. In 1833, Georg Christoph Abele died suddenly.
