Meitingen Castle, a Rococo palace, is located in Meitingen, Bavaria. It is a three-story building characterized by its mansard hip roof, three-axis central projections on the courtyard and garden sides, as well as its corner rustication and cornices.

History+

The history of the estate began in 1704 when Balthasar III. von Schnurbein acquired the estate and village of Meitingen. Between 1768 and 1773, the current Rococo palace was built in place of the older manor house. Johann Martin Pentenrieder, a prince-bishop's court architect, is presumed to be the designer.
