The Müggenburg is a small moated castle from the 18th century. It is located right next to the Catholic church. This was originally the chapel of the Müggenburg. The Müggenburg was built by the Düsseldorf court councilor Johann Dominikus von Schwarz between 1772 and 1813 and initially served as a noble women's collegiate foundation.
