Neudeck Castle, a historic building in Brandenburg, is located in Uebigau-Wahrenbrück.

History+

The origins of Neudeck Castle date back to 1521, when the two-story main wing was built by a member of the von Brandenstein family. This family owned the castle until 1615 before it passed into the possession of the von Schleinitz family. In the mid-17th century, the castle underwent an expansion with the addition of a large stair tower. In 1687, it was sold to Johann Patow from Mallenchen. A redesign in 1711 gave the building Baroque features. In 1763, the castle changed hands to Hartmann von Landwuest and came into civilian ownership in 1830.
