Notzing Castle

Notzing Castle is a castle in the Notzing district of the Upper Bavarian municipality of Oberding. The castle is a protected monument. The castle is located southwest of the hill on which St. Nicholas Church stands, in a park.
The castle is a rectangular building with a footprint of approximately 15 x 20 meters and was built in 1510. In the 17th century, the castle was destroyed and rebuilt several times. Access is from the east via a bridge that crosses the former moat. The east and west gables of the castle are designed as stepped gables. A small tower stands on the southeast side.
