Obersiebenbrunn Castle, a Baroque castle with an extensive garden complex, is located in the municipality of Obersiebenbrunn in the district of Gänserndorf, Lower Austria, Austria. It is now a Coptic monastery.

History+

The origins of the castle date back to 1343, when a predecessor building was first documented. In the 17th century, the estate underwent a transformation in the early Baroque style under Georg Wilhelm Jörger. A change of ownership occurred in 1725 when Emperor Charles VI acquired the castle and gifted it to Prince Eugene of Savoy in the same year.
