General Bernhard von Beust acquired Pinnewitz, with the manor house and the outwork Kreißa and Schrebitz, where he had jurisdiction, from the von der Pforte family after the war against the Turks (1697), where he participated in the siege of Vienna. In Pinnewitz there was a court room and a detention cell where thieving persons were held.
