Rockelsta (Rockelstad, Råckelsta) is a castle in Flen, Södermanland. Rockelsta was first mentioned in the 13th  Century. First known owner was in the 15th Century Johan Persson Bååt, the grandfather of Mrs. Axel Oxenstierna. Karl IX gave the possession to Hans Stuart. He left it to his son David Stuart. From 1788-1874, the castle was owned by the family Holst. Thereafter, there are many changes of ownership until 1900, the castle purchased Count Eric von Rosen. The old castle of the 16th Century was very run down and was rebuilt. The brother of Eric von Rosen, the German Hermann Goering spent much time on the castle. 1973 Helen and Chris of Post bought the castle.
