History+

Scheibenhof Castle is a stately two-story building dating from the mid to late 16th century. A square, projecting corner tower with a pyramid roof rises at the northeastern corner. The ground floor is opened by window hatches. The upper floor is equipped with simple stone-framed windows and a bay window from the construction period. Above the segmental arched portal, a secondarily attached Kuenringer coat of arms and a newly painted corner stone articulation can be seen. High chimneys are located on the roof. A profiled portal with a reliefed Luther rose leads from the courtyard through a barrel-vaulted passage to the outside.
